Project Challenges
Construction projects involve multiple stakeholders, changing schedules, documents, budgets, and daily site updates. Traditional methods using spreadsheets, messaging apps, and paperwork created communication gaps and delayed decision-making.
Our goal was to build a centralized mobile platform that enables contractors, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to collaborate in real time while keeping every aspect of the project organized.
